The $50 booking deposit is applied toward your cleaning total; it is not an extra fee. The remaining balance is due upon completion. For example, an estimated $162 total includes a $50 deposit and a $112 remaining balance. We take deposits by phone: call (704) 222-8345, we confirm your address, time slot and final price, then arrange the deposit. Viewing an estimate or opening the booking details does not charge you or reserve a time slot. The 10% deposit offer applies to one-time cleans only — recurring customers already receive their frequency discount.
We take card over the phone, Zelle, or Cash App, and we can send you an invoice. The $50 deposit is arranged when you book, and the balance is due when the clean is finished.
Provide a written quote from a local cleaning competitor for the same service. We will beat that quote by 5%, subject to verification.
